Troy had a large range of responsibilities which he had juggled all of this with a consistent, calm, and professionalism demeanor that I feel makes an excellent manager. In addition to supporting his team and dealing with issues/concerns, he helped keep this project focused as the organization went through several changes. If you had an issue or concern, Troy always listened before giving advice or finding the answer.
